✶ Terms of Service

• Developers who install a client and earn a share of the revenue from ad lines shown on their own screen.
• Advertisers who fund campaigns to have their ad line served during assistant thinking windows.

Idleai operates the platform that connects the two and settles the revenue split between them.

Advertisers pay idleai for verified views and clicks on their campaigns. Idleai retains a platform fee and credits the remaining share to the developer whose screen showed the line, recorded in that developer’s ledger in micros (1,000,000 micros = $1). The split rate in effect is shown in your dashboard at the time each view or click is counted.

A view earns only after an ad line has been visible on screen for five continuous seconds on a surface that is actually being watched — not a hidden tab, an unfocused window, or a backgrounded app. The service refuses views recorded faster than four seconds apart and rejects repeated or automated clicks. Attempting to inflate views or clicks — including any client-side circumvention of these checks — is grounds for withholding earnings and terminating the account.

• Earnings accrue to your ledger as views and clicks are verified. Accrued earnings become eligible for payout after a 30–60 day settlement period, measured from when each view or click was counted. This window lets advertiser charges clear and lets us reverse any earnings tied to invalid, fraudulent, or charged-back activity before money leaves the platform.
• Payout requires verification of your identity and payout details through the in-product flow. We may withhold or delay a payout to complete this verification or to investigate suspected invalid activity.
• Payouts are made to the account you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details and for any taxes owed on your earnings.
• Earnings shown before the settlement period completes are provisional and may be adjusted downward for reversed, refunded, or invalidated activity.

• Advertisers are billed for verified views and clicks at the rates set on their campaigns. Charges for activity later found to be invalid may be credited back.
• Creatives must be lawful, accurate, and appropriate. Idleai may reject or remove any creative and may pause or terminate a campaign at its discretion.
• Advertiser accounts are reviewed before serving. Approval may be declined or revoked.

Do not use idleai to serve unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content; do not attempt to game view or click counting; and do not interfere with the service or other developers’ use of it. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches these terms or puts the platform or its participants at risk.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Idleai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts payable to or by you for the activity giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
